  2. Insert key into the lock cylinder, turn key clockwise, pull out one end of cable from lock body. The cable lock is now opened and ready to be installed on your bicycle.
  3. Select any fixed, sturdy post or object that you can securely lock your bicycle onto.
  4. Loop the BikeWatch cable around the post and the frame of your bicycle, and push the open end of cable into the lock body--the alarm is then in StandBy mode.
  5. Press the red "ON" button on the BikeWatch body. BikeWatch will emit a beep indicating that the alarm is now activated and the built-in shock sensor enabled.

TO DISARM & OPEN THE LOCK:

Insert one of the included keys into the lock cylinder and turn the key clockwise. Pull out one end of cable from lock body. BikeWatch is now opened and the alarm is deactivated.

FUNCTIONALITY:

  1. Once the Bike Watch shock sensor is tripped (i.e., if it senses sufficient vibration), the alarm will go off in 10 seconds. The alarm will emit an ear-piercing 110 dB siren continuously for 20 seconds, and then it will stop and reset itself.
  2. To use the Bike Watch alarm lock without the alarm, just follow operational instruction steps 2,3, & 4 only.
