PRODUCT SAMPLES

KIRAMEK manufactures CYCLONE but we normally do not stock product in inventory. We therefore defer all orders for product samples (outside Japan) to our global distributor, FreyMoto Industries. FreyMoto is pleased to ship to virtually any country worldwide. Please simply return to the main CYCLONE 866F web page and click on the FreyMoto logo to be directed to their website. In addition, FreyMoto often offers a slight discount for orders of multiple units, and they will provide a no-obligation price quote including shipping.

BULK/DISCOUNT PRICING

We prefer to discuss bulk pricing with dealers only after you have had the opportunity to fully evaluate a product sample. Viewing the information presented on this website is useful, but evaluating the actual product is paramount. Only by testing our product can you best determine if it will meet the needs of your target market.

MINIMUM ORDER REQUIREMENTS

KIRAMEK must manufacture the Cyclone 866F in lots of 500pcs or higher. We only accept 100pc orders in the rare event we receive other dealer orders at the same time and can tally 500pcs or more total. But if we cannot tally a full 500pcs or if you cannot wait for our other dealers to place orders along side yours, then we will require a minimum order commitment of 500pcs.

We require a 500pc order minimum for the optional Paging System (or a combined order total of 500pcs from multiple dealers).

There is no order minimum for spare transmitters when ordered along side Cyclone 866F systems.

We require an order minimum of 500pcs for the optional Secondary Siren.

BULK SHIPPING

KIRAMEK is located in Japan but our factory is based in China. Shipping terms are therefore FOB Shanghai China. In the rare event we allow an order of 100pcs, we can arrange for transport via FedEx or EMS. But for regular orders of 500pcs or more, you will be required to arrange for transport via your own preferred shipper (FOB terms). It is likely we can recommend a shipper that we have existing business with (C&F or CIF terms), but in some cases you may obtain the best rates through your own preferred shipper.

CUSTOM BRANDING

KIRAMEK can customize the CYCLONE box design and color according to your specific needs, depending on how many units you order. For bulk orders, we simply require a one-time US$150.00 design change fee to alter our existing box design (physical size will remain the same). For orders of less than 500pcs, we require an additional US$1 per box fee, which is in addition to the one-time $150 design alteration fee. (For orders of 500pcs or more, we wave the $1/box fee entirely.) We can also customize the CYCLONE documentation with your company logo and contact information, for no additional charge.

Custom branding of the box is not available when purchasing from our distributor, FreyMoto Industries, or when purchasing from KIRAMEK's existing inventory in Japan.

Additional certifications required by your sales territory can be obtained, but such will need to be at the buyer's expense. In some cases, certification fees can be waved for large bulk orders -- the size of such a bulk order will vary based on the certification costs involved.

Our documentation is available in English (or Japanese if purchased through our distributors in Japan). Installation instructions are available in French to individual customers -- please contact FreyMoto Industries for details. KIRAMEK can print other languages for bulk orders, but we require the buyer to absorb the cost of the needed translation and provide that translation to us for printing.
