PRODUCT SAMPLES

KIRAMEK manufactures CYCLONE and does not carry inventory of the product. We therefore defer all orders for product samples to our existing dealers, who are happy to ship to virtually any country worldwide. Please simply return to the main CYCLONE 866F web page and mouse-over the "BUY" button to see a listing of our Cyclone dealers. Our dealers will often offer a slight discount for multiple units, along with a full price quote including shipping to your address.

BULK/DISCOUNT PRICING

We prefer to discuss bulk pricing with dealers only after you have had the opportunity to fully evaluate a product sample. Viewing the information presented on this website is useful, but evaluating the actual product is paramount. Only by testing our product can you best determine if it will meet the needs of your target market.

MINIMUM ORDER REQUIREMENTS

KIRAMEK prefers to build in lots of 500pcs or higher for the Cyclone 866F alarm. We occasionally will allow a minimum of 100pcs in the event we receive other dealer orders and can tally 500pcs or more total. But if we cannot tally a full 500pcs or if you cannot wait for our other dealers to place orders along side yours, then we will require a minimum order commitment of 500pcs.

We require a 1,000pc order minimum for the optional Paging System (or a combined order total of 1,000pcs from multiple dealers).

There is no order minimum for spare transmitters.

We require an order minimum of 500pcs for the optional Secondary Siren.

BULK SHIPPING

Shipping terms are FOB Taipei Taiwan. In some cases where we process an order of only 100pcs, we can arrange for transport via FedEx. But for larger orders of 500pcs or more, you will be required to arrange for transport via your own preferred shipper. It is likely we can recommend a shipper that we have existing business with, but in some cases you may obtain the best rates through your own preferred shipper.

CUSTOM BRANDING

KIRAMEK can customize the CYCLONE box design and color according to your specific needs. We simply require a one-time US$150.00 design change fee to alter our existing box design (physical size will remain the same). For orders of less than 500pcs, we require an additional US$1 per box fee, which is in addition to the one-time $150 design alteration fee. But for orders of 500pcs or more, we wave the $1/box fee entirely.

We also customize the CYCLONE documentation with your company logo and contact information, for no additional charge.

Additional certifications required by your desired territory can be obtained for you, at dealer expense. In some cases, certification fees can be waved for large bulk orders -- the size of such a bulk order will vary based on the costs associated with the certifications needed.
 

LANGUAGE

All our documentation is in the English language. Our Canadian distributor has translated our documentation and package into French for the Canadian market, at their expense. The French language is therefore available only through our Canadian distributor. KIRAMEK can print other languages for you, but we require the distributor to absorb the cost of the needed translation and provide that translation to us for printing.
